The
sax is great fun to learn and you don't need any previous musical
knowledge. Lessons are varied and cover all aspects of music
from theory to improvisation. Lessons use an easy to follow structure and are available to all ages.
You can work towards an ABRSM or Trinity Guildhall exam or just learn for fun.
There is also the opportunity for the more experienced students to meet once a month in a group workshop.
Single lessons available to intermediate and advanced students.
If you don't own a saxophone you can organize a trial lesson and borrow an instrument for the duration of a lesson. If you decide to continue with lessons instruments can be hired form as little £15 per month from music shops and online stores.

Home visits available.
Terms
Lesson frequency is up to the individual although weekly and fortnightly lesson offer the best results. A discount is available for block bookings.

What's different about Sax School UK?
The courses, workshops and lessons that we run are pragmatic. That means that, especially with beginners, what we aim to do is to get you playing tunes and having fun with the saxophone as soon as possible. We will get you playing immediately. Our philosophy is that if we can get you enjoying playing the sax and developing your practical ability then this will make you hungry to learn more of the exercises and music theory which will then enable you to build on your existing skills.
